Gift certificates make a thoughtful and flexible gift for anyone who could benefit from therapeutic massage, pain relief, or relaxation.
Purchasing Gift Certificates
• Gift certificates are available for current clients only
• Current clients may purchase for themselves or for other current clients
• Non-clients may contact the office to purchase a gift certificate for an existing client
• Gift certificates are not available for online purchase
• All gift certificates must be arranged directly through the office
• Certificates may be emailed or picked up in person
• Body Energy Center does not have front desk staff, and the door is only open during scheduled appointments
• Please call or text to coordinate your purchase
Gift Certificate Policies
• Gift certificates must be presented at the time of checkout
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift certificates are for the dollar amount purchased and are used like cash toward services (not tied to a specific service)
• Gift certificates cannot be used toward gratuity/tipping
• Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are treated like cash
• In Connecticut, gift certificates for in-state businesses do not expire
Important Notes
• Therapists cannot look up lost or forgotten gift certificates
• If the certificate is not presented, it cannot be honored
• Gift certificates are not automatically stored in client files unless the recipient is designated at the time of purchase
