Referral & Returning Massage Clients – Dana

Who Is Eligible for Massage Appointments

Dana’s massage appointments may be available for:

  • New clients referred by an existing Dana client
  • Previous Dana clients who have not received a massage session within the previous 6 months

30-minute and 60-minute massage appointments are not offered as starting appointments for referral or returning clients.

Referral and returning clients must begin with a minimum 90-minute massage session, or may be scheduled into a 120-minute or 3-hour session depending on their needs.

Clients requiring work on only one or two specific areas may instead be directed to a Targeted Focus Session or referred to another appropriate therapist before future scheduling recommendations are made.

New Referral Clients

Dana is not currently accepting new massage clients through general online booking.

New massage clients must be referred by an existing Dana client and will be placed on Dana’s new-client waitlist until a permanent opening becomes available in her schedule.

Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee an immediate appointment. New referral clients will be contacted as permanent openings become available.

Once accepted into Dana’s schedule and established as an active client, they may become eligible for Priority Client scheduling privileges.

Returning Clients

Previous Dana clients who have not received a massage session within the previous 6 months are no longer considered active Priority Clients and do not have advance scheduling privileges.

Returning clients may request an appointment when a cancellation or opening becomes available within the 60-day booking window, subject to availability.

Once a returning client has re-established active Priority Client status, advance scheduling privileges may resume.

Priority Scheduling

Only active Priority Clients may schedule massage appointments beyond the 60-day online booking window.

Appointments beyond 60 days must be scheduled in the office or by texting Dana directly and cannot be booked online.

Important Information

Referral and returning appointments are limited and scheduled according to the availability outlined above.

Clients seeking help with one or two specific areas may find that a Targeted Focus Session is a more appropriate starting point than a full-body massage.
