Every body is different, and the best session length depends on what you wish to accomplish. Whether you want targeted relief, full-body relaxation, or corrective work, we can help you choose the right session. Basic Massage Session Length Guide

30 Minutes – 1 Area Focus
Ideal for addressing a single area (neck, shoulders, low back, hips). Not intended for full-body work.

60 Minutes – Basic Full Body + Light Focus
Covers the whole body with extra attention to one area.

90 Minutes – Full Body + Additional Focus in 1–2 Areas
Full-body massage with extra attention to 1–2 problem areas.

120 Minutes (2 Hours) – Full Body with Multiple Focus Areas
Allows attention to multiple areas in detail.

3–4 Hour Extended Sessions (Dana Only)
For clients needing extensive, full-body work.

  • Must be booked directly with Dana
  • Scheduled independently of standard availability
  • Timing and length agreed upon with the client

Note: Each therapist has their own style, pace, and range of pressure, so the therapeutic experience may vary. Therapists may also structure their sessions slightly differently. 30 Minute Massage

Whether it’s a painful shoulder, migraine, stress or relaxation. A 30 minute massage is good for one area that needs to be focused on when you are short on time.

60 Minute Massage

A 60 minute massage can provide you with more options than just 30 minutes. You can rock a full body massage to make your body feeling great. The massage can also be adjusted to spend additional time spent on one area of focus or a few minutes added to a couple of areas. Discuss all options with your therapist to plan out what is best for your body needs.

90 Minute Massage

A 90 minute massage can provide you with even more options. It just keeps getting better. Rock a full body massage to make your body feeling great plus we can adjust the time to spend on one or two areas of focus. Great for first time clients to explore what is going with their body and to achieve a deeper state of relaxation. Discuss all options with your therapist to plan out what is best for your body needs.

120 Minute Massage

A 120 minute massage can provide you with LOTS of options. This is two FULL hours of bodywork. Talk about taking it to another level. This 120 minute  massage can also be adjusted to spend additional time spent on multiple areas of focus. Stress levels be gone. Discuss all options with your therapist to plan out what is best for your body needs.
